Our aims
Dilemma Consultancy Ltd™ is an organization of psychotherapists, counsellors, psychologists, and medical practitioners working in the existential tradition. We aim to provide counselling, psychotherapy, consultancy, medical, and medicolegal services to the highest standards of professional competence and ethical practice. Our goal is to increase the availability of an existential understanding and we do this through our own practice and through the provision of courses.
Please browse our website. When booking our services, be sure to read the information about appointments and feel welcome to contact our administrator with your requirements.
What we do
We provide counselling, psychosexual, counselling, psychotherapy, and consultancy to individuals; couple and marital counselling; and organizational consultancy, specializing in organizations in conflict. We undertake medical and medico-legal assessments of people with autism, Asperger syndrome, and related conditions. We regularly give invited lectures on existential psychotherapy, on human rights and other philosophical matters related to psychotherapy, and on Asperger syndrome.
Dilemma Consultancy is also involved in research. We are a partner with the University of Sheffield in the Centre for the Study of Conflict and Reconciliation, and UK partner in SEPTIMUS and DEEP, projects funded by the European Commission, to create innovative psychotherapy training in eight European countries.

Other Dilemma news
Useful information
Counselling, psychotherapy, and consultancy are all activities in which the relationship between the client (or patient) and the counsellor (or therapist) is not just an important contributor to the outcome: it is the main factor in securing a good outcome.
Dilemma counsellors and psychotherapists have been personally selected for their proven ability in making and maintaining a therapeutic relationship. They will listen to your particular predicament or difficulty, discuss it with you until you are sure that they have understood it, and then involve you in a discussion about what might be done.
Training
Psychotherapy training is now available online with the SEPTIMUS distance learning course.
