We regularly give invited lectures on existential psychotherapy, on human rights and other philosophical matters related to psychotherapy, and on Asperger syndrome.

Dilemma Consultancy is also involved in research. We are a partner with the University of Sheffield in the Centre for the Study of Conflict and Reconciliation, and UK partner in SEPTIMUS and DEEP, projects funded by the European Commission, to create innovative psychotherapy training in eight European countries.

Useful information

Counselling, psychotherapy, and consultancy are all activities in which the relationship between the client (or patient) and the counsellor (or therapist) is not just an important contributor to the outcome: it is the main factor in securing a good outcome.

Dilemma counsellors and psychotherapists have been personally selected for their proven ability in making and maintaining a therapeutic relationship. They will listen to your particular predicament or difficulty, discuss it with you until you are sure that they have understood it, and then involve you in a discussion about what might be done.
